9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FAQ in Blood Cancers – Get Answers from the Experts

A free patient education workshop for people living with blood cancers and their families will be given by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 9:15am to 2:00pm in Manhattan.

At this forum, participants can learn answers to commonly-asked questions about blood cancers and ask oncology and hematology experts questions of their own. Speakers will include experts in T-cell (CTCL, PTCL), Burkitt & mantle cell lymphoma, Large B-cell lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, multiple myeloma, mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma, Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, acute leukemia and chronic myeloid leukemia.
