9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. EMS Memorial Dedication — Albany, NY

The annual addition of names to the EMS Memorial will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 11:00am at the memorial, which is located on Empire State Plaza in Albany.
The names to be added this year are Thomas V. Giammarino, FDNY EMS; Barry G. Miller, Bergen FD; Douglas Muholland, FDNY EMS; William C. Olsen, FDNY EMS; Ralph E. Oswald, Hampton Bays Volunteer Ambulance Corps; and Luis de Pena, FDNY EMS.
The FDNY EMS members all died of World Trade Center illnesses.
