Dedication of PATH Car 745 – part of the PATH Train that Survived the Terrorist Attacks of 9/11 – East Haven, CT

September 11, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

On Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 12:00pm, the Shore Line Trolley Museum will dedicate PATH Car 745 and show it to the public for the first time.

Car 745 was the lead car in the PATH train that survived the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. All passengers aboard the train were unharmed. PATH trains ran and continue to run under the World Trade Center.

After the ceremony, visitors can board the car and see what it looked like – the car has been unchanged since it was found after the attacks.

The Trolley Museum acquired Car 745 last year.
