Ceremony to rename street for Captain John R. Graziano, FDNY

On Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:00am, a street renaming ceremony will be held honoring the memory of FDNY Captain John R. Graziano of Ladder 78 who died of World Trade Center-related illness on March 13, 2015.
The ceremony will be held at the corner of Getz and Katlan Avenues in Staten Island.
Captain Graziano served for 26 years with the FDNY, working at Ladder 172, Ladder 132 and the 15th Division. He retired from Ladder 78, “the Hot Corner,” in 2008. He is survived by his wife, children and siblings.
