9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Ceremony honoring Faithful and Fearless WTC Family Fund

On Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 11:00am, the Village of Lake Grove, New York will host a ceremony to dedicate a bronze plaque to thank our military veterans, the Fire Department of the City of New York and emergency services personnel in general.
There will be a special tribute to one FDNY firehouse — Engine 225, Ladder 107 and Battalion 39 — for creating and maintaining the Faithful and Fearless WTC Family Fund after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The Faithful and Fearless WTC Family Fund has raised $260,000 for the Bravest Scholarship Fund and the U.F.A. Widows’ and Children’s Fund.
The plaque that will be unveiled is a replica of the World Trade Center memorial designed by the members of Engine 225, Ladder 107 and Battalion 39 after the attacks.
