September 10, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Join the Brooke Jackman Foundation Read-a-thon on Saturday, September 10, 2016, from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Barnes & Noble Tribeca. Fatima Ptacek, better known as the voice of Dora the Explorer, children’s author Stephanie Calmenson, some of New York’s Bravest from the FDNY, and weatherman Mr. G will bring children’s stories to life.

The Brooke Jackman Foundation honors Brooke Jackman, 23, of Cantor Fitzgerald, who was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks, by making the magic of literacy a reality for disadvantaged children.

The seventh annual Brooke Jackman Foundation Read-a-thon is a free event that celebrates the power of literacy and brings Brooke’s love of books to a new generation.
