9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Blood Cancer Survivor Day

On Saturday, August 24, 2013, from 11:00am-1:00pm, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Long Island Chapter will be hosting their first ever “Survivor Day” to honor patients and survivors of blood cancers.
There will be entertainment and activities of all sorts, lunch will be provided, a short program will be held, and gift bags will be given out to survivors and patients.
