Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Former White House chief of staff Andrew Card will be the speaker at the Texas Energy Museum’s Blowout 2018 on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at 6:30pm at the Beaumont Civic Center in Beaumont, Texas. This is the museum’s annual scholarship event.
Mr. Card is probably best known as the man who whispered the news about the terrorist attacks September 11, 2001 to President Bush as the President read to Florida children.
