9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Blood drive & bone marrow registry

Temple Sinai of Roslyn will host a blood drive and bone marrow registry on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 8:30am to 1:30pm.
Blood is always urgently needed. One pint of donated blood can save up to 3 lives. Bone marrow is very difficult to match. Many sick 9/11 recovery workers are in need of bone marrow. The bone marrow test is a simple cheek swab. Your results will be saved and matched (if possible) to someone who needs life-saving marrow.
