Charges dropped against 9/11 victim’s son arrested at Freeport observance

Beth Brogan wrote on November 12, 2015 in the Bangor Daily News that the Cumberland County district attorney’s office has declined to pursue charges filed against  the son of a man murdered during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. James M. Roux, Jr. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after he allegedly disrupted a September 11th ceremony honoring the victims.
