After 9/11, a career commitment to aviation security

Jeanne Olivier worked for the Port Authority of NY & NJ for 34 years, survived the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and lost colleagues to the attack. Joe Iorio of PANYNJ PORTfolio writes about how the attacks galvanized her to work in aviation security in order to prevent such a tragedy from happening again.
