The Ohio Air National Guard 180th Fighter Wing in Swanton, Ohio, will build a memorial to the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11th, reports Kayla Strayer of NBC 24.
The sundial-shaped memorial will contain steel from the World Trade Center, soil from the Flight 93 crash site, limestone from the Pentagon and a piece of glass for each victim of the attacks.
Construction will begin next month and the dedication is set for September 11, 2016.
