H.R.3036: new bill in the U.S. House of Representatives to designate the National September 11 Memorial at the World Trade Center as a national memorial

On Monday, July 13, 2015, U.S. House of Representatives Member Thomas MacArthur of New Jersey introduced bill H.R.3036 – “To designate the National September 11 Memorial located at the World Trade Center site in New York City, New York, as a national memorial, and for other purposes.”

The bill was referred to the House Committee on Natural Resources.
